Pool Safety Inspections
Pool Safety Inspections
SWIMMING POOL SAFETY INSPECTIONS were introduced by the Queensland State Government to minimize the drownings of young children particularly under 6 years of age. Every pool owner has a part to play in preventing drowning accidents and strict laws regarding Pool Barriers are in place for pool owners to obey. As a licenced Pool Safety Inspector, I can inspect your pool to ensure compliance to the AS1926 part1 and part2 QDC MP3.4 modified and merged, and will inspect, identify and report on non-compliant areas. Some of the areas I will inspect are,
*The gate and latching hardware.
*The pool fence/barrier and climbable objects.
* Neighbouring and adjacent fences
*Condition of CPR signage.
*If compliant, a QBCC pool safety certificate (form23) will be issued to you.
I can, on request carry out minor repairs up to $180 on the day of the inspection if time allows to minimize delays and 2nd inspection fees. On request of a Pool Safety Inspection a Terms of Service Agreement will be emailed, please read as it will state costs and details you will need to know prior to my arrival to save time and money for us both, and more importantly keep children safer.
